Tara began her career in the treatment industry in 2015 and joined the Casa Capri family in 2018 as our Program Director. From the very beginning, Tara has made huge strides towards bettering the lives of those who struggle with addiction and associated disorders. As a woman in recovery, Tara has a profound knowledge of the disease of addiction, 12 steps and overcoming obstacles and barriers women may face on their journey. Tara supports our clients as they work towards bettering themselves, not only as individuals but as renewed family and community members.
Tara is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC-CAS) and works directly with our Clinical Team to ensure Casa Capri provides clients with the optimum treatment experience. While Tara oversees the department, she prefers a “hands on” approach and is always accessible to clients, staff and families. Tara prides herself on overcoming a 20-year substance use disorder which has allowed her to restore relationships with her family and loved ones.
In her free time, Tara enjoys traveling and creating new memories with her family. Casa Capri welcomes Tara as our esteemed Program Director.
