Allyssa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor and has worked in the addiction and eating disorder field since 2009. She received her Masters of Arts in Counseling from Argosy University in 2008. She’s an active member of CAMFT (OC Assoc of MFT’s) and ANAD (Anorexia Nervosa and Assoc Disorders). Her specialties include substance abuse, eating disorders, trauma and anxiety disorders in both an individual and group setting.
A supportive and personable therapist, Allyssa is passionate about helping her clients grow and heal along their own recovery path. She has first hand knowledge of what it takes to recover and uses her personal experience to help others.
Allyssa is an avid runner, the proud mother of two and a loving wife.
She believes an essential piece of recovery is learning to find gratitude in everyday life in both the triumphs and the challenges.
