Tiare Brock is a Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in the field of Trauma and Addiction. She earned her BA from Chapman University and went on to complete her MS in Counseling from the California State University of Fullerton. Tiare has spent over 13 years working directly with victims of violent crimes, such as sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, human trafficking, and homicide. Tiare worked with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office for 12 years in the felony sex crime unit as a victim advocate. She served for two years as a primary responder for Orange County’s Child Abduction Response Team.
Tiare is currently a member of Orange County’s SAFE Team (Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement) which is a part of the Orange County Cyber Crime Task Force. The SAFE team is comprised of local law enforcement agencies, The Federal Bureau of Investigation, The United States Attorney’s office, The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement , The Postal Inspection Service and The Orange County District Attorney’s office. Tiare provides specialized trauma therapy to victims who are identified as part of the Child Exploitation Task Force cases. She is also an active Crisis Response Team member for the local Victims Assistance Program responding to crime related events providing first responder debriefing, psychological first aid, and death notification.
She is dedicated to helping children and young adults overcome traumatic events in life. Tiare lives in south Orange County and enjoys traveling, and outdoor activities with her husband, son, and daughter.
